ORDERING    
 

Notice: Orders are normally shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. Be sure to specify the species being ordered on the purchase order.

Payment Terms : 100% of the purchase price is needed to initiate shipment. The payments needed to initiate an order include: (1) deposit of 100% of the freight charges (if the client chooses to prepay the shipping, otherwise the order is sent collect) + (2) 100 % of box charges + (3) 100% of the animal costs.

Minimum Order : The prices quoted above are for orders of at least 200 broodstock or 100,000 postlarvae. Orders under this minimum requirement will be assessed a 100% surcharge of the minimal costs to cover handling and transport to the Chennai airport.

Form of Payment : Wire transfer of funds or company checks are acceptable. When payment by check is used, the check must clear prior to shipment.

Buyer's Responsibilities : Buyers are responsible for furnishing all shipping documents needed for airport or country clearance, and for providing transport from the airport to the buyers farm.
